We are driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity, connection, and clarity. That’s why we work to bridge the gaps in care by bringing together people, providers, and systems — with compassion at the core.
Whether your journey is complex or just beginning, we walk beside you with warmth, advocacy, and practical support — helping you build a life that reflects your strengths, values, and goals.

Emily is the heart behind SunnyBridge Support Coordination. A single mother of two neurodiverse children, Emily brings not only lived experience but also deep professional insight to her work — and it shows in the care and compassion she brings to every participant she supports.
Emily began her journey in the human services sector as an Education Assistant in a specialist school through the Department of Education. Her passion for helping others led her to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Addiction Studies in 2018, launching her career in out-of-home care.
She began as a Case Manager supporting children and young people in foster care, later progressing to oversee family group homes. In 2022, she stepped into the NDIS space as a Specialist Support Coordinator, where she found her stride working alongside families with complex needs. Emily is now completing her Master of Social Work, further deepening her clinical and ethical framework.
Outside of work, Emily is a devoted mum — always on the sidelines at weekend sports, cheering her children on. She loves socialising with friends, playing tennis, and is always on the hunt for Perth’s best laksa (recommendations welcome!). A seasoned traveller, Emily finds joy in exploring new places with her children and learning from different cultures around the world.
Emily’s blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and a genuine love for people makes her a trusted, grounded, and approachable support coordinator — someone who truly walks beside you.

At SunnyBridge Support Coordination, our work is grounded in values that uphold the dignity, rights, and wellbeing of every person we support. These values are not just words — they are the foundation of our practice and the promise we make to every participant and family we walk alongside.
We believe that every individual has the right to make decisions about their own life. We promote choice, control, and self-determination, working in partnership with participants to ensure their voice is always central.
Emotional, physical, and psychological safety is essential for thriving. We create safe spaces, build trusting relationships, and ensure that all supports are delivered with care, vigilance, and respect for the person’s environment and circumstances.
We are committed to honest, ethical, and transparent practice. Our relationships are built on trust — and we act consistently, keep our word, and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.
We stand for fairness, inclusion, and equitable access to opportunities and supports. We advocate for change and work to remove barriers that disadvantage participants and their families.
